Summer 2013

Summer is a wonderful time to add skills and interests to your repertoire and there are many opportunities to do so. We are offering a myriad of classes in addition to our continuing search for fun and new tools, patterns, yarns, etc. to feed your fiber addiction.

We will be OPEN for our regular schedule of Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm all year long. (Last summer’s Monday cut-back was hard on everyone!)

We have all felt the squeeze of the present economy and try our best to live within our means. The same goes for business. We do not mark things higher that the suggested retail price on most things, we give you frequent shopper points so you get a private sale every once in awhile, and we do our very best to order your special requests as soon as possible. We will never deny you the form of payment you prefer but we would appreciate very much your paying with cash or check especially for small purchases. Credit card fees have become quite high.

In the spirit of green, we thank you for bringing in your own bags, even recycled Village Wools bags! We so very much appreciate each and every one of you, our LYS shoppers!

Annual Pre-Inventory Sale – Village Wools, Sat. August 24 through Friday, Aug. 30. 15% off EVERYTHING in the store!

Village Wools will be CLOSED:

 Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day

Wednesday, July 4 for Independence Day

Saturday, August 31 for Inventory

Monday, September 2 for Labor Day

Help Hours:  While there are no “official” help times during the summer, you may still drop in anytime between 1-5 pm for help- bring a little patience if we are checking out other customers, but we are always happy to take a look and make suggestions. If you need help with crochet, weaving or spinning, please be sure someone is here who can help with those special issues.
